Отбор лексико-грамматического материала ориентирован на потребности реального повседневного общения. Видео файлы с записями реальных интервью, снятых BBC, дают изучающим возможность услышать и научиться понимать современную английскую речь, звучащую в реальной жизни. Active Teach - это программное обеспечение, позволяющее объединить в себе интерактивный учебник с демонстрационным инструментом, который может одинаково успешно использоваться как с компьютером и проектором, так и с интерактивной доской (IWB). Важно понимать, что это не цифровая копия учебника, а уникальная интерактивная платформа, где, помимо функции слайд-шоу можно задействовать все мультимедийные инструменты, в том числе, предназначенные для IWB.
